FREE Shipping:

Our passion is to help tobacco users quit and this plays into our offfer to provide free shipping to all of our customers on all orders. 

We understand the decision to quit has to be matched with immediate action and that includes getting an order of a non-smoking aids fast. We make every effort to see that the orders get to you as soon as possible. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days or sooner.

Gift Orders

Many tobacco users’ family and friends may want to buy products for them as a gift to help them quit smoking. You will find this option in the Check Out found in your shopping cart. You will need to specify the recipient’s address. You'll also be able to personalize your gift with a special message to the recipient.


Any item is returnable to Quitgate, as long as it meets the basic conditions for return. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.


Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.

We are not able to accept items that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure it is in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.

Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Items

We strive to constantly provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected product/s, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A Quitgate SmokeFree Team Specialist will respond to you as fast as possible.

Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Quitgate SmokeFree Team Specialist.

Special Offers & Promotions

If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with your purchase, you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.

Return Shipping and Processing

If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our fulfillment center undamaged. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.

We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply. Returning your items to the wrong location may greatly delay the processing of your return and credit.

For an order shipped from our fulfillment centers, please print a return shipping label.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an email confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
